Despatch Policy

We aim to hold stocks of all the items for sale on this website and to send out orders on the day the order is received or the next working day. If the item is not in stock we aim to make and send it within seven days. We will let you know if for any reason we do not expect to be able to meet that deadline. In all cases, payment is taken on order.

As of 22nd December we are completely up to date with dispatching all orders. Therefore if you have not yet received your goods they will be with Royal Mail and should be delivered shortly. It may be worth checking with your local sorting office, as in some isolated cases a card has not been left to indicate an undelivered parcel.

UK

Delivery is by first class post and is free to all UK addresses. If an item fails to arrive please inform us as soon as possible so that we can take action to retrieve the lost item.

Please note we are not responsible for the postal service! If weather conditions are such that delivery is likely to be delayed please bear this in mind when ordering.

Rest of the World (including Australia, New Zealand, USA)

Our standard charge for shipping by airmail is between £2.50 and £10.50 depending on destination and number of items (though it may be more in the case of large/heavy orders).

We ship to all destinations to which parcels can be sent airmail by the Royal Mail and to which we are not prohibited from exporting by import or export restrictions. We are not currently aware of any such restrictions affecting us.

The prices on this website include 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) which is not payable by those resident outside the UK or European Union and is therefore deducted from the price.

Customs charges, taxes, import duty, etc. charged by the country of destination are payable by the customer, not by us.
