Despatch Policy
Orders via this website can only be delivered within the USA and Canada. If you are located elsewhere in the world, please order from our main website.
We aim to hold stocks of all the items for sale on this website. If the item isn’t in stock we aim to make and send it within 7–10 working days. We’ll let you know if for any reason we don’t expect to be able to meet that deadline. In all cases, payment is taken at the time of ordering.
We try to despatch orders on the day the order is received, or the next working day.
However, during quieter months (normally March–September) despatch may take up to 3 working days due to courier collections being less frequent.
Shipping
Shipping is via a tracked service from the UK and is free to all addresses in the USA and Canada for orders under 30kg (66lbs).
Orders normally arrive within 5–14 working days. If your order fails to arrive after 14 days, please contact us so that we can trace it.
Orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms. Customs charges (import duty and taxes) and processing fees are payable by the customer, not by Equafleece Ltd.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in the shipping service.
