Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click the Checkout button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal for payment. All items are charged for at time of ordering. Items placed on back order or items made to order are also charged at time of ordering. If you do not wish to pay online, please call us with your card details.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, please contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.

Orders cancelled may incur a charge.

All goods are sold subject to our standard conditions of sale.

Dispatch Policy

We try to have a stock of all the items available for purchase on this website and to send out orders on the next working day after the order is received. However, during quieter months (normally March–September) dispatch may take up to 5 working days due to courier collections being less frequent.

We will let you know if for any reason we do not expect to be able to meet that deadline. In all cases, payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Customs Charges

Customs charges, taxes, import duty, etc. charged by the country of destination are payable by the customer, not by Equafleece Ltd.

Credit Card Security

Your credit card details are collected using secure pages provided by our credit card processor, Adyen, and are encrypted using industry standard 256-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site or any of our computer systems.


All items include a 1 year warranty. This does not include any damage caused by the wearer.

No liability is assumed by Equafleece Ltd for damage or injury to any persons/animals resulting from the use of the products supplied.

You have a legal right to return any goods ordered within 30 days of receipt for replacement or a full refund provided the goods are in a resaleable condition. We are happy to exchange and refund goods outside this time limit.

If an item being returned is faulty we will repair, exchange or refund regardless of condition, though it is greatly appreciated if it is washed first.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product for their requirements. Equafleece staff only give advice based on past experience and the information you give them, and cannot be held accountable for any items that do not fit.

Additional Payments/Refunds

When you place your order, your card details are only held by our secure card processing provider, SagePay, in encrypted form. We do not have access to your card details.

If you wish to return a garment for a refund, or you are exchanging for a different priced garment, refunds can be applied to your card, but extra charges will require your card details to be taken again.

How to Return a Garment

Please contact us to arrange a FREE return and we will email you a returns label.

If you are upgrading and the cost is higher, we will contact you to take card details.

We aim to send out replacement garments within the same timescale as original orders.
